Norwich Universiy of the Arts (NUA) has been involved in the Norwich Games Festival since the Festival’s inception in 2013.
NUA run a BA in Games Art and Design, an MA in Games and have recently launched three brand new creative science BSc courses; User Experience Design, Interaction Design and Games Development.
NUA welcomes students for taster sessions during the Games Festival Learning Week. Students from NUA will showcase their work, give talks and exhibit games throughout the Festival.
Access Creative College
We are proud to be working with Access Creative College again for Norwich Games Festival.
Access Creative College offers exciting and practical courses in games, digital media, digital marketing, music, events and acting from its studios in central Norwich.
University of East Anglia

Women in Games
Founded in 2009 Women in Games (WIGJ) is a not for profit organisation that works to recruit more women into the games industry and to support those already in the industry. It also campaigns to ensure individuals and businesses understand that a more diverse workforce leads to greater productivity and financial success.
We are grateful to Women in Games for their help developing our festival programme.
Bafta Young Game Designers
BAFTA Young Game Designers (YGD) is a free initiative and competition that inspires young people to create, develop and present their new game ideas to the world.
The BAFTA YGD team were involved in helping deliver the Norwich Gaming 2018 Learning Programme and are also running special relaxed workshops for children with additional needs.
